We had lunch here and loved the ambience and the food! Definitely upscale in its prices the decor is that of an ancient house.. a tin roof and walls adorned with photos of a bygone era!
The menu does not disappoint
We had bhatti malai broccoli, achari paneer and Jaituni malai murg tikka as starters! Finished with the Hyderabadi subz biryani and mixed raita! The mixed raita was average and the dahi served with biryani just plain curd whipped with salt , zeera and ref pepper! The biryani was tasty and just right though
The pan ki kulfi i loved!
The starters and the dessert were the highlights

Visited this Museum of Art and Photography and found the exhibits v interesting! Of special mention are the Kanchan Chitra Ramayana paintings that have been illustrated in gold! It was an interesting experience that helped me reconnect and even learn more about the classic! A must visit!
In the basement is the audio visual exhibit where AI makes MF Hussain come to life! He answers a few questions for you as well! Some pages of the Ramayana have been animated as well and that was quite an experience!
The museum is laid out really well,
The best part is that the entry is free for 1st and 2nd floor and after that you need to pay 150 per person to go on 3rd and 4th floor. 100 for Senior Citizens and kids! Children under six along with caregivers are free
A restaurant is there on the terrace and a cafe in the basement!

We went to see the Fall colours but alas on the eighth of October the fall colours were just about ten percent! Still the hike was enjoyable, a bit steep at times but one has the option to take easier trails! Buying Parking online is cheaper so recommend that!

A very scenic and prettplace! Yesterday it rained and so the trees shed their leaves and we walked on a carpet of red and yellow leaves
The river gurgles nearby but no fishes as there are multiple 18 inch falls plus v shallow at some points

excellent food
We ordered Methi Malai Paneer. and Palak dal! Ordered malai chicken tikka for the kids! Their tandoor items come as sizzlers !
The rotis and zeera rice were perfect as well
Shawn and Adi helped make the experience even better as we arrived near closing time but they still made us welcome
