Nice traditional swiss dishes

I can hilgy recommend this restaurant to someone who really like real Japanese cuisine. they try to preserve Edomae style and offer every single high quality ingredient.
Staff were friendly and had good sense for food and also every detail(chairs, chopsticks, dishes, interior and so on) The restaurant is nicely hidden but the taste was outstanding 😋

チューリッヒではなかなか美味しい寿司が食べれないので残念でしたが、ここでやっと食べました。
久しぶりに味わいするオマケセメニューは最高でした👏👏👏。

シェフさんも女将さんも親切でかなり熱いパッションとこだわりの持主でした。
コロナで😷の当分外食🍽も旅行🏖も行けなかった間、 久しぶりにとっても美味しい食べ物が食べられてうれしかったです。
かなり良い値段をするのでひんぱんに行けないですが、出来ればまた色々試したいとおもいます😋。 Arimuraさん, 御馳走様でした💕

Located inside of very nice little Paris in Zurich,
The water fountain is just perfect for hiden garden. Americano was nicly macthed with olives and stick snack.
