The Rova Coffee House is a little gem hidden among the historic streets of Jerusalem. We were greeted by dedicated baristas with great enthusiasm for their profession. I ordered pour over coffee and the result was a round and slightly acidic cup of coffee - just what I wanted. They clearly know their processes.
