The place itself is great, but my partner got cheated out of $100 when he was charged twice for an arcade card. We’re from out of town so he has to call instead of going in-person and he keeps getting the run-around, no resolution yet and this has been an issue since May 2023. Management is non-responsive. No calls retuned. No acknowledgement. Please beware when purchasing the arcade cards!! Really wish we could resolve this, but I’ll NEVER go back to a place that refuses to even get back to someone who has proof that they were double-charged. Should be a very easy solution.
