I loved the coaches and members here. Dropped in twice while on vacation and the two coaches were fabulous with tips and encouragement. Movements were demo’d and form was clearly important. The members were the most friendly of any box I experienced in Europe / England.
My one complaint and why I gave them a 4 star review instead of 5 is that I needed to cancel my 3rd drop-in. I emailed twice after asking the coach about cancelling for the next day. It wasn’t even the refund that was important to me, it was more that it was a high demand class and I wanted to make sure someone could get in if they were waitlisted. I never heard back, not even that it was too late for a refund which was a disappointment.
