This is a small neighborhood park that offers several picnic tables and playground area for kids to enjoy and have fun. There is plenty to do at this neighborhood family friendly park! They also have basketball, tennis and racketball courts and plenty of trails for jogging or walking around a 0.7 mile (1500-step) distance for a great workout.

The park is clean, quiet and safe located in the Kendale Lakes community. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

We like this park, is great for a date night. We bring a blanket and sit on the grass under a tree for shade and watch the sunset. 😍

Please note dogs are not allowed in the park!

This huge 9 acres family friendly park offers the best for everyone’s enjoyment. It has outdoor and indoor activities. The outdoor facilities include a basketball court, softball field, soccer fields, and a huge playground to play football, kickball or fly a kite. If you prefer indoor entertainment, check out the recreation building for a game of ping-pong or foosball. There you will find several computer workstations and free WiFi available.

The only downside is parking, which is a common problem in the Coconut Grove community but that doesn’t take away from visiting the park. My advice try to find a meter parking spot on the street, parking lot spaces are very expensive. If you can plan on visiting on a weekday instead of a weekend, parking is much easier to find.

Shops at Merrick Park is a sophisticated open-air mall featuring two stories of high end retail shops and restaurants. Here you will find a huge selection of high-fashion retail shops including Carolina Herrera, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Jimmy Choo, Cole Haan, Nordstrom, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, and many others. Many dining options here including Eclectico, Perry’s Steakhouse, Brasserie Central, Sawa, Villagio, Sea Grill and a few others. The mall also features Landmark Theatre, a modern movie theater to watch a movie.

This is a luxurious destination for shoppers in the heart of Coral Gables! Beautiful mall, but it goes without saying high end retail shops come at high prices. The average person cannot afford to shop here, but if you can, you will enjoy the experience. Happy shopping! 😃

This is a charming, and quaint neighborhood hidden gem of a playground for children ages 1 through 8 yrs old. Parents and friends can relax on the benches nearby while keeping a watchful eye on their little ones as they play.

It is a well maintained park with native trees and relaxing canopy. It also has a larger area for dogs to play, but please clean up after your pets, you may dispose of in garbage cans throughout the park. Thank you! 🙏

This is a charming, and quaint neighborhood park for toddlers, a hidden gem. It offers playground climbers, slides, animal spring riders and so much more for kids to play. If you want to get away from stress, this is a beautiful and serene place to visit.

Overall a very nice park, it serves our needs. Please be vigilant the turf is lifted in some areas, big tripping hazard that may cause you to trip and fall. Have fun and enjoy your day! 😃
