First time trying a torta and I was very disappointed! Meat was hard to chew, when I called them to complain they said meat its supposed to be like that, but I never recall requesting a medium cooked meat, I wasn't even asked about that, it was given. Just like the picture shows that's how tortas are, I believe it's very poor as I have tried other places where taste is better than this, I hope they can fix it because $8 is very expensive for these few items on the torta. I used to be a regular customer but I think I'll just support their fish tacos ONLY
