Pros:
- customer service is good at the beginning.
- nice tea
- welcoming and warm waiting area
- appears to be clean and fitting with a traditional riad setting.

Cons:
- cold rooms
- unprofessional massage
- no clear direction of who is the masseuse, where to put your belongings and no disposable shorts provided.
- rooms are not very nice or welcoming and the hygiene is also questionable.
- the beds are really uncomfortable

Overall, far better places to go for a hamam and massage in Marrakech.
