Heaven on earth :) The rooms were absolutely amazing and the food was delicious ! It has the best of a quiet getaway with the best of comforts.

So glad we made the time to visit this beautiful place! The train ride was an hour long but it was conformable and the seating was great. Might want to rush to find a seat when you board. The walk from the carcassonne station was an hour but it was a beautiful walk. Once you enter the castle there are so many shops that sell beautiful souvenirs and have quaint little places to eat and drink. It really was soemthing out of a fairy tale.
Trains might get delayed so try to catch one by 4 pm. Thanks carcassonne and it's lovely people.
