Very nice cuisine with fresh local produce. Creatively thoughtful and genuinely using effort. We ordered the cod filet in Panang curry sauce and the Guinea fowl. The Fowl was great in taste and texture, nicely spiced and smartly balanced with the fattiness. The curry sauce was over-sweet for fish. I wish it could add some black pepper or spicy herb.
Host was very friendly and attentive. Nice decoration and the backyard dining area. They grow fruits in the backyard. Their raspberries are very sweet and rich in flavor. The Entree (appetizer) was a cheesecake made from French white cheese (fromage blanc) and peel of red radish, which was delicious.
