Mapa Verde
Make sure you have a reservation! (To the restaurant: maybe an online system is easier?)
If we would've spent more time in San Sebastian, I would have visited them to taste their other dishes!
The staff was super friendly, they were so caring and seemed genuinely happy with our choices (and the fact we were audibly enjoying the food and almost licking our plates clean). We had the fresh burrata salad, the umami explosion bao buns with glazed tempeh, the plato mapa verde and the cheesecake and tiramisu as desserts - and honestly, each and every dish was crafted to perfection! It would be impossible to decide which was the best, i would go back and order the exact same in a heartbeat.
