It was unfortunate that there was a fairly thick level of fog that surrounded the area on a cool July afternoon which made a clearer picture of the lighthouse nearly impossible. It did however provide a classic sense of the purpose why the lighthouses and the corresponding fog stations are there to begin with. It is unfortunate that public access to such an iconic part of the history of this area is so limited but it is worth the drive. This is taken from the parking lot at the end of Two Lights Road. It also gave us a chance to get some lobster rolls at the Lobster Shack which is HIGHLY recommended!

Amazing energy and connection to the history at A&M

Nice quiet beach with showers and a bathroom though the men's room toilet was unusable. Limited parking.

Definitely a gem. Go early, go often.

Very interesting architecture inside. Columns mixed with the stations of the cross mixed with an ocular that allows light to filter through a dove suspension.
