Ummu Maryam

This is indonesian food restaurant which serve many indonesia's traditional food. The taste is good enough, i recommend you trying tomyum (it's thai food, though haha) other foods are good enough, i've tasted capcay, sop buntut, nasi goreng, mie goreng, ayam penyet, nasi campur, etc, the best drink is always es teh manis, it really represents indonesia. Es campur also good. There is only 1 baby high chair. The parking lot is rarely available in front of the restaurant since it's located in a crowd area.

Been living for 3 years in saudi but just visited hayat plaza, it's like another side of Saudi. For me as an expat, this market represents saudi local market. Many affordable things are sold there. Abayas, foods, drinks, toys, make ups etc. I as an expat who lives in Dhahran was impressed by this market, i bought things in very affordable price
