I I loved the workout and the instructors.

Unfortunately I got charged after I froze my membership, I asked for a refund which haven’t happened yet, even though the manager acknowledged and said he processed, but that’s a lie because it had been 2 months, they don’t answer my calls , and if they do it there’s always an excuse and they ignore my emails. Pretty dissatisfied and disappointed.
I wish I was able to come back but no way after this horrible experience.
