Princep Ghat

The place has a deserted look and the pavements around the area smell of something …… grassy material.

There is hardly a place to park your car but can see a lot of bikes on the road , which are parked.

The monument is surrounded by iron grills and it’s for the good of the monument. The third star is for the very reason.

If you really want to visit this place as a tourist, you might want to think twice. If you are a city dweller and wish to visit during a weekend , please take a taxi and go during the day time.
When I saw it from the road , I wanted to eat in that restaurant. It has that old coffee shop charm with a modem twist.

Parking is available but limited. It was not a deterrent for me as I was on foot.

After making space to eat I walked in and gestured for a seat. Got one ☝️ right away and was promptly provided the water and menu.

Food quality and pricing are both awesome. 🙌

Worthy of a second visit today again !!!
If you are looking for this on google maps, you already know that it exists. The path to this location is not that great. Roads are narrow and confusing. I took my bike as I was not sure about the cars possibility of reaching it. It's right in the middle of the Hyd Golf Club and why I am unsure. It's a heritage site and that's what the board says. The tree is large but not scary. It's a perfect place to click some pics and complete that checklist or bucket list of things I have seen in Hyderabad!!!
Remember It closes at 6 pm and u will be chased out by Marathi speaking staff!! Let me document the travel instead to help you. The area for locals is bandstand.. taj hotel badra or slaman or ruk ruk ka ghar .. by train reach Bandra … sharing auto will take you to bandstand…. Or take a bus to father angum stand .. options are plenty.

Remember that the parking staff and parking tickets change every 10 mts… so be careful where you park.

As of now this place is under construction and hence the advice to wear proper shoes to reach the point.

The view point provides great photo opportunities..

I leave adding the pics to you !!!
