Bright and modern layout with airconditioned service areas. Concierge located in the middle to give you assistance. Thats where the good stuff ends. Personal teller services is slow in terms of waiting time. Concierge is also a queued during peak hours. I would suggest that you come early in the morning or else just be prepared physically and mentally to wait for 45 minutes or more. Have to find your own parking.

Came in on a Friday afternoon at around 1pm for a personal transaction. Waiting time took 32 minutes. Serving time was less than a minute. Service was friendly with the 2 tellers churning out transactions like there was no tommorrow. You will have to find your own parking though.
