Had a fun time with the family today at the Goony Golf in Lake George. Course was well maintained and great for young kids. The nursery rhyme theme was cute and my kids loved every whole. My only complaint is the arcade room could have an update. The games were pretty old and the room could use some love. But overall the mini golf itself is a good time.

The kids had a great time at this arcade. This was my personal favorite arcade when I came as a kid. I haven’t been back since the start of Covid. It’s very clean here and they have a lot of modern machines. The shooting gallery has always been my go to. I have to say I’m disappointed in how all the machines are $1 per play. Many of the games should be .50 cents. Not sure if because of Covid they are making up for the damages, but many of the machines prices could definitely be lowered.

I’m going to be honest. It’s very weird that there’s a review option for the murder site of John Lennon. I really don’t think it’s something that’s appropriate.

Once we got off the train and headed to our hotel we were starving. Doing a little walk around the block we decided to go to the Keg room for lunch. Atmosphere was a perfect Irish Pub. The staff was super friendly and the food was great. The Shepard pie was bomb and the girls loved trying their first plate of Fish and Chips. If we are ever in NYC for Saint Patrick’s Day, I would love to come to The Keg room to celebrate.

Just seen my favorite movie “the Shining” at the Glove Theater tonight. What a great experience! Finally seeing this movie on the big screen was a dream come true. Seeing it at the glove was special as well. The history of this place is truly fascinating. Can’t wait to see more classic movies at this place. The play free movies every Wednesday at 2:00pm and 7pm.
