Not the most easily accessible tourist spot, need to take a boat charter or tour. But well worth it. Water is crystal clear and water and protected from wind which ever way it is blowing. Great to swim in the shadows of the cliffs.

Definitely add this to your list of places to visit while in Oslo. Set on the edge of the fjord with views back to the city and out over the bay. It is a spectacular design and very unique building. Take a walk up the stairs on the outside and enjoy the raised view over the city. Only downside it was closed when I went so could not appreciate the inside.
