Visited Starbucks. Staff was so amazing. They were patient and friendly. I love their new hours. Gentleman by the name of Erik was very courteous and assisted me with my order and choosing which cups/mugs to buy. Great standard of service!!!

Ms. L Jennings went above and beyond to help my family and me. The agency LIHEAP application without any issues. Ms Jennings called me to tell me I qualified for additional assistance then told me exactly what to submit. To my surprise she advocated for the additional assistance. Last week I received another call from another employee for ARP light assistance and told me what to submit. Again Ms. Jennings called me the next day explaining requirements. Outstanding staff and great communication skills overall. Thank you for the work that you do and the services you provide to our communities.
