It's a tiny park, and doesn't have a playing field, washrooms or picnic tables. Although it was once a nice place for wedding photos and short dog walks, almost all of the property is now restricted to residents. There is a mini playground for very young children. It is an attractive garden for the surrounding apartment buildings. If you are driving by, it might be worth a quick stop, just to see how the property has been preserved and developed over the last 100 years.

Handy location, right in the heart of Marpole's commercial area. There are various offices and stores (i.e., dentist, insurance, lawyer, jeweler), as well as restaurants. We really like the Vietnamese restaurant Pho' Ever.

This is a very attractive little corner of Kerrisdale. With well-maintained flower gardens, fountains, and elegant older buildings, it's more reminiscent of St James's Palace than a traditional Vancouver park. Shannon Mews is a great place to take some photos. At only 0.285 hectares, it's not really big enough for jogging, or most sports. There is a small playground that is popular with the little ones. On-leash dogs are allowed.
