Booked on flight BA0963 flight was cancelled due to a technical fault. We were left on the plane for over an hour then told to go back to departures. No further information or any ba staff at departures. Everyone was eventually sent to DVB GLOBAL. No one there for 2 hours! Finally told a plane might come or we should return tomorrow for the 06.35 flight. This is really terrible service. I have flown with many airlines over many years but never had such an awful experience.

As a final update the flight was delayed by over 12 hours and virtually no information from BA. The only compensation we received was a €20 food voucher, which hardly bought a decent meal and drink

Tasty food and authentic Asian cuisine

Nice little Asian restaurant run by Vietnamese people. The Shanghai duck was good with a super good sweet n sour sauce. The seafood soup wasn't spicy enough for my taste but still not bad
