Sumukh Shenoy

The main attraction here is the Cold water coming out from Nandi's mouth. The water is so cold that it feels like it's refrigerated.
Localites come here to fill their bottles and take it home. It's absolutely safe to drink water here. The place is surrounded by forest and it's really cool.
The local authorities can build a proper road to reach here. Also, municipal management can clean the garbage found near the temple.
The place is fantastic to rest in the afternoon!

You just get a drone view of the lake from here. A good spot where you cannot sit - But only stand and enjoy the view. Thanks to TN Govt for maintaining it in the worst possible way. Thank them for not charging anything to visit this place (It's located on the road side and hence they're not charging I guess). Giving 3 stars:

I request the TN Government to Change the location as Guna View point. There is no entry to the cave and has been sealed down.
The trees here can be called the extended version of Pine forest. If you haven't visited pine forest, you can witness it here. U may have to walk 500 metres from parking to the view point.
The view is splendid. As usual the Government has forgotten why they are collecting the entry fee!
At least they could have provided dustbins and ban eating outside food here!

A very good falls situated nearby the Suicide View point. Visit this falls if you're interested in a photoshoot as it's less crowded. As of now it's well maintained. I hope to see them place dustbins and provide a drinking water facility soon!

Really good restaurant at Basavangudi. The food is tasty and delicious. I tried Baby corn Manchurian and mushroom fried rice. Both were ultimate. The only disadvantage is that there's no parking for 4 wheelers. Totally a very good restaurant and I loved it!
