This is definitely one of Beijing’s premiere restaurant. Nestled in the beautiful Hyatt Hotel on the 66th floor with breath taking panoramic views of the business district, the food is excellent, the service is superb. China Grill is a must visit while in Beijing. The Chinese wine list is worth considering.
