I just had a very bad experience with Mr Archambault.
We asked for wiring instructions to pay off a small HOA lien. I was told to drive to the office. I reminded him that electronic payments are more efficient.
He never answered and just increased the legal fees by $700 and mailed another notice. The code requires the second notice to be emailed and I pointed that out to him, he just ignored all communication. I have felt disrespected and mislead through the entire process with this law firm and Mr Archambault.
I have dealt with many HOA and Real Estate law firm. This is by far the worst experience I have had.
