Store wifi wasn't available for foreigners (it seemed you had to have softbank wi-fi service or something) and the staff wasn't willing to help. I would recommend Tully's which is right by Doutor. This Tully's coffee offers easy to use wifi and spacious personal space with high ceilings.

Always busy airport. After the renovation things are much better inside with lots of shops and places to eat.
