The centre features a delightful array of independent restaurants, cafes and takeaways offering a diverse culinary experience. While the interior design of the mall is simple and straightforward, it stands out with its collection of boutique-style shops, some of which are exclusive to this location.
The grocery section is notably well-serviced, highlighted by the popular Asian fresh foods store. This store boasts an extensive selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, along with a remarkable range of Asian food items, making it a regular stop for our grocery needs. Coles, while consistent with its branches elsewhere, offers the familiar and expected shopping experience.
Overall, the mall complex is highly commendable for its fresh, clean, and inviting atmosphere, ideal for both dining and shopping. It deserves a well-earned 4-star rating.

Bennett Brook Railway
Our family had an absolutely delightful first visit to Whiteman Park, especially taking a ride on the trains. We went on the first hottest day of spring and still thoroughly enjoyed exploring the park's various features. Our 4-year-old son, who's a budding train enthusiast, was thrilled beyond words.
I have to say, the staff at the train stations were both knowledgeable and captivating when we inquired about the trains. Being a building inspector, I couldn't help but notice the impressive condition of the stations, especially considering their age and the fact that they've been relocated. It's quite an accomplishment.
The train ride itself was charming. Sure, the seats are old-fashioned timber, but it's not about comfort—it's about the immersive experience, which was fantastic. And as for the park's appearance, we had no issue with it being a bit on the dry side. This is Western Australia. After all; not every inch of the landscape can be a lush, green oasis.
Our son was so sad when it was time to leave, which pretty much says it all. We're already planning to return next week for another round of fun. Highly recommended!!

A delightful surprise every time, whether I opt for the Barramundi or Snapper.

Today, I decided to introduce my 4-year-old to ten-pin bowling and we visited Super Bowl in Melville. We were pleased to find the center relatively quiet on this midday Sunday, which suited our preference for a more subdued atmosphere. While the facility isn't the epitome of modern design, it offers all the necessary amenities for an enjoyable bowling experience, including snacks and arcade games perfect for an afternoon outing.
The bowling equipment, though not the latest, provided everything needed for a fun day with my child, where the focus was on the experience rather than the decor. We enjoyed a hearty serving of large chips and wedges afterward, which was a hit.
