Been living here for over 2 decades. Small room (25 sqm) with decent size balcony. 7-11 and self service laundry is just 15 meter away. I think it's currently the cheapest apartment to buy in mid town of Bangkok. Can get to ONNUT BTS station or Ramkhamhaeng Airport Link by red truck (สองแถว).
Limited parking space but easy to get a taxi. Love the glass lift. 🛗
