Homeless people live there and run extension cords from the bathrooms to their tents. The ones we saw appeared drunk or otherwise intoxicated. Security checks need to be more thorough and more often. A man and woman were in a tent arguing and cursing. It wasn't something I enjoyed seeing on a cold afternoon. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
