My son and I went for lunch at the Petach-Tikva branch. The hamburgers were fine griled to the requested level and tasty. I also ordered yum fries which was OK.
The service was good, nice and fast.
Prices are a bit high (like most restaurants in Israel)
The place itself was much too noisy with loud music that made conversation impossible.
We parked on a near by place 2 minutes from the restaurant.
Good place to grab quick lunch not for going out with friends.

Lot's of potential, but it is too dirty. It is a mix of both entertainment place and working port with fishing boats and yachts, but restaurants must keep it more clean.
Comfortable parking, no knowledge about public transportation which Israel is not so good at.
