My bf and I went tide pooling on the morning of November 29th. We saw some bright green sea anemone, some hermit crabs, and some sea snails, but no starfish! I asked an employee at the Seattle Aquarium about the lack of starfish here, because other reviews mention starfish, and she said that starfish wasting disease has been bad this year due to warmer waters for longer. So the starfish either had to move into deeper/colder waters to survive, or passed away. I hope to see some next year! The beach is beautiful regardless and a gorgeous drive to get there.
