Often overlooked memorial from The Netherlands in thanks for our help in WWII. The history of the bells is worth reading about in person, and so is experiencing the view.

I took the ART 61 from Courthouse Metro Station to get here, it drops you off about half a mile away, around a five minute walk.

Open and ready for business! I had the privilege of being on the first revenue train out of Ashburn into DC. It's an extremely convenient way to get in and out of the city, and so close to West Virginia! Give them a try.

Parking is free on weekends!

A raised platform trail through an oasis. You almost forget that you are in The Nation's Capital. Very nice to stroll over an afternoon.

For seeing The National Mall, the DC Circulator is quite possibly the most cost effective and efficient way of seeing all the sites. $1 can get you anyone you need on The National Mall from Smithsonian or Union Station Metro Stops. Instead of hiking nearly 3 miles, let the bus take you right where you need to go. SmartTrip compatible, and again, $1. What are you missing out on?
