The table

The Table is one of the coziest restaurants in Riyadh. It’s your to-go place when you don’t know where to go. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I personally love the pesto pasta. The buffalo pizza didn't hit any spots. The dessert section needs enhancement, but that doesn't prevent me from going even for a cup of coffee. I love the ambiance, and it’s quiet where you can enjoy a conversation with your friend.

I put higher expectations on this restaurant after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet the expectations. We ordered egg and cheese, hallumi hamsah, falafel, Saudi foul, and karak. The only thing I like is karak, to be honest. The falafel was so and so, not much for the rest. One major nuisance is the noise of the machines being overly present in the dining room, which is not covered by any ambient music. I don’t think I will come again.

The waiting was quite long, but worthy. Loved the tawook, humus and tabulah for sure.

Lovely breakfast. We had frittata, lunchroom flatbread, and soft tacos scrambled eggs. The frittata was rich with flavors. Each bite has its unique flavor. The portion is good for 4 people. The tacos are saporous. The flat bread was light. We will definitely come back again. Also, keep in mind it’s really crowded, and you have to wait for an hour or so if you didn’t make reservation. If you are looking for a quiet place, it’s definitly not your place. However, it has its own vibes.
