Food preparation takes long. 40min only for miso and maki set w/ 14 pieces even though the place is empty

The waiters are pretty stressed. Doesn’t get tine to collect their thoughts, just running everywhere. The food was decent. The half-cooked wok vegetables were dragging everything down

Very good selection of Insel Publishing. Quiet, nicely organized atmosphere
