Guilford Art Center

The Guilford Art Center has a very nice store offering a wide variety of art that varies in style. The art is very nice and the store is a good place to visit and get something for yourself or to get a gift for someone. The prices vary quite a bit but much of the art is affordable for most people. The Art Center also offers classes that range across several different styles. The Art Center is located in the back of a medical building and there is parking in the back area. It’s easy to get to. It’s located on Route 77 near I-85 and the Boston Post Road. I definitely recommend stopping there.

This is a good place for a relaxing walk / hike in wilderness. It’s pretty quiet and not difficult. You’ll hear and maybe see some birds and other animals. It’s pretty well maintained. When we went there were only a couple of other people there. The paths are well marked so it’s easy to follow the route. Definitely worth a visit if you want to get outside.

We had a late lunch and a drink on Saturday afternoon. Great atmosphere!!! It’s a good casual place for a bite to eat and/or a drink with friends or family. The waitress was friendly and attentive. There’s a good selection of food and there’s a full bar. It’s really easy to get to as it’s close to I-95 and the Post Road.

We had a great experience here. The hostess seated us right away. Our waitress was terrific… friendly, helpful and attentive. The menu offers a variety of options to choose from. There’s pastas, poultry and seafood. A nice wine list and a full bar. Both of our meals were delicious and we had a really good dessert. There’s both restaurant seating and bar seating. It’s popular so I’d recommend making a reservation. It’s very easy to get to as it’s in walking distance from most places and there’s street parking.
Freedom Trail Foundation Tours

If you have any interest in the history of Boston you’ll enjoy this tour. It’s a walking tour that that covers the part of the Freedom Trail from Boston Common to the site of the Boston Massacre. Our guide was really good at explaining the history of the various sites we stopped at. It’s a easy pace so pretty much anyone can do it. There’s time for questions and taking photos. The whole thing is a little over an hour so you’re not committing half a day or anything.
