We went there during sale time, yes we got prices but we didn't find a variety of options (especially in clothing).. They have a side parking which is good.

Clean and neat, great architectural design

It's really kids park.. You can find everything there.. Toys, kids furniture and so much more.
The location is nice between Sharjah and Ajman which is easy to reach.
We liked everything there but regarding the delivery terms since we are out side sharjah we must pay extra charge inspite our purchases are 1000+.

Finally a big and nice mall next to Bshamoun and Aramoun with a wide range to restaurants, shops and cafes.
The cinema theater is comfy with a very helpful and friendly staff.
