I was searching for a Caribbean market to support and purchase from after being on the Next Door and wanting to check out other Carib stores.

I provided the 4-star ratings being my purchase of few produce (avocados 🥑, tomatoes 🍅), mostly sauces/spices, snacks, and some juices was $74.82!!! Insanity. Maybe it's inflation or the trickling recession still but that's insane especially when I didn't order any seafood or big bulk items...

IF I go next time I'd order my seafood, a few juices, spices, and avocadoes. Maybe that will make the 35 min trip more worthwhile 💯.

However, I loved seeing the characteristics of an ethnic market store: rice bags, packed shelves, lots of accents, and Caribbean brands I recognize (especially Jamaican brands 👏🏾💚🇯🇲😁!) Hopefully the store is Black-owned, I'll just say that. With that being said please HIRE cashiers of deeper skin tones and diverse backgrounds too. Don't just hire the lightskin Latinx ladies!

This is such a cute, lovely spot. It's across from the Nationals stadium 🏟️ and next to the Dacha beer garden 🍺. I don't drink but for those who do have at it!

The food is excellent and varies from the appetizers, seafood options, main course dinner options as well. We ordered the crab salad, crab fries 🦀 🍟,charcuterie board, seafood linguini's, Jackie burger 🍔, and bacon cheddar biscuits! Everything was beyond delicious and the staff was very warm and did a wonderful job serving us.

I would definitely go again for a cute outing either alone or with family.

Please go, you will have such a fun time. It's good as an indoor or outdoor experience either in the spring/summer 🌹 🌞 for the outdoor experience or fall/winter 🍂 ❄️ for being indoors.

Next time for your 2022 Environmental Champions Event please don't have it in far traffic, confusing directions - 🍑 Baltimore, MD!

Just HAVE the event in NW D.C., Prince George's County, Maryland or another reputable less congested 🏙️🌆.

I don't think I'll go to another Baltimore League of Conservation event because of the distance 🍃 🙃🙅🏾‍♀️ 🚫.

I spent two hours walking after parking. I got a few positive compliments on my dress by passersby, however 🙂.

This breakfast got my right 🍳🌯🍞 💯! Thank you Casablanca Café for the delicious array of food.

I ate half the breakfast burrito, all the bread, and most of the corn beef hash/potatos (I ate the cheeseburger for lunch 🍔.) I have to save the rest for later, because I am stuffed 😅. It all tasted yummy and fulfilling.

This is a truly local gem and not a far ride away, so thank goodness for that. I do wish the packaging was paper boxes/paper bags, with compostable utensils though. Let's protect our planet together 🌎! All-in-all, you've got me as a customer for life, especially if the food presents as the photos I took! Cheers 👏🏾

I gotta say as my first time coming here there is so much space, it's within 15-20 minutes, and fun for all age groups! It was my first time at the park. I was participating in 'Eco-Games' a Sierra Club event! I'm a member, I went. It was very fun!

I was alarmed though at the park bathroom situation and lack of available staff concerning communicating about any concerns.

The bathroom needs soap on deck and ut didn't! Thank goodness I had hand sanitizer. The women's bathroom left sink didn't work. I used the one to the right side. Disappointed. Where is the funding for national parks like this going, if bathroom necessities are lacking? More funding for our state parks are needed!
