Chili Craft Pizza
ChiliCraft’s Indian pizzas are a one-way ticket to flavour-town! They combine the best of both worlds: Indian classics like butter chicken and tandoori chicken, and western pizza pies loaded up with cheese and toppings. Definitely give them a try if you've never had them before!
The pizzas have a relatively thin crust and strike a great balance between cheese, toppings, and dough. They're baked properly to achieve that crisping and charring that I love on my pizzas. The crust is crispy around and beneath, while maintaining a moist layer of dough between the toppings and the bottom. This is key to a great pizza that doesn't taste dry or dense. Needless to say, their regular (non-Indian style) pizzas are also amazing for the same reasons.
I've ordered from ChiliCraft a handful of times over the last few months, and the pizza quality has been highly consistent. It has never left me disappointed, even once.
Also, if you're a pizza dip kind of person like me, I highly recommend trying their homemade truffle green onion mayo. It tops any garlic dip I would usually get at other pizza spots!
