Elephanta caves are well maintained historical place of Mumbai, 3 - 4 hours required to visit it fully, nice place for photo lovers, beware of monkeys over there, lots of restaurants are available in the island, the best thing of the place is ferry to the caves from gate way of india, it took approximately I hour to reach there and that's the best experience of ferry, choose the ferry which had top seats for passengers, there were a toy train too in the island.
