One time they charged us $60 saying that the house is locked from inside and they couldn't perform some maintenance. But it was never locked from inside and they didn't give us a chance to explain.
And the people at Lobby were unwelcoming whenever we want to go and speak to them about any issue, One time they were inside the office and didn't open the office door when wanted to report presence of snake in the bushes.
Unwelcoming to the office was always , when they open they door they looked at us in a way , why were they hear.
I wish I could give zero rating.
But yes will leave a detailed review on our stay here.
The leasing always finds a way to fine you and yet take your money for facilities even the maintenance of Gym took over 5 to 6 months.
So I wouldn't recommend my friends or acquaintances lease to join our neighborhood.
Just to be clear our experience was for two years and I don't intend any of the current staff, all the previous staff during 2022-23 and early 2024 are unfriendly!!
Maintenance guys are good and service is prompt.
However our appliances are old and they never change but only attempt to repair that's all.
Overall management is very disregarding. I reported their JCM living as well but not much of an action at all.
