I am from London, where you don’t have to get into the right entrance in a tube station to be able to select the direction you want to take. Asked a question and she got annoyed saying I have to learn to read, as I’m supposed to know where “uptown” and “downtown” will take me as a person who is not from here. It’s your very JOB to tell people where to go. Lacking politeness and any sense of what her job is!
