Sweet, helpful medical team

Amazing food and service! We ordered the potato crusted chilean sea bass and chicken marsala and both dishes did not disappoint. Highly recommended.

The ARC has the friendliest front desk team (shout out to T, Sean and Mike!), prompt/amazing maintenance crew, unbeatable amenities - these factors were what made my stay at the ARC exceptional. Candidly though, the ARC is located is not exactly the most desirable neighborhood - it is close to 2 homeless shelters with not many food options and my partner’s car window got smashed. However, the more affordable rent relative to other luxury buildings in LIC makes the location slightly bearable.

Some hiccups with the refund of the security deposit, but I’ve provided some feedback for Management to work on going forward, and the issue has since been rectified.
