Really is one of those fancy-looking restaurants that does not live up to the expectations in various ways. Came for a birthday dinner and first impression was chaotic. Host stand was so crowded and disorganized, 4 hosts were at the hosting stand but still failed to direct guest traffic appropriately. Food was good though, the freshly caught and air transported fish from the Mediterranean was definitely something you don’t see everywhere, but the service put a huge discount on the experience. Waiting staff not proactive, and was not warm and welcoming enough. They were “friendly” but did not feel genuine. And this restaurant was way too noisy, and I came on week days. Overall a very subpar experience and would not recommend.

Moved in at the end of May and everything has been amazing so far. Very nice and brand new building with amenities that couldn’t be found in other buildings in LIC. Apartments are beautifully appointed and my unit has a spectacular view. Front desk team was all star and extremely helpful. My move-in process was easy and smooth. Management team was very professional and prompt in communicating. Very glad to join the community and hope to make Sven home for the next couple of years.
