I have never been to a place where the staff was as rude as here!! I ordered take away . The waitress almost shoved me to get past me! The food was undescribable: the soup was water with some dumplings, the chicken with noodles was tasteless and smelt sour but the worst thing was what they call spring roll. A puffy thing soaked in oil, cost 5 euros(!) which of course I did not even consider eating...the tip of all this?? No receipt!! They gave me the bag , I paid cash 20 euros and was never given a receipt because the waitress never put the money in a cashier to produce a receipt , but in a drawer!! Avoid, you are going to regret it....

Εξαιρετικό φαγητό, εξυπηρέτηση και ατμόσφαιρα και λογικές τιμές. Ζητήστε το Νίκο, είναι πάντα έτοιμος να εξυπηρετήσει, με καλή διάθεση και χαμόγελο. Δοκιμάστε ταλαγανι, κοτόπουλο κεμπάπ, σκιουφιχτα και σαλάτα Κουκουβαγια. Άριστα!!

First of all I have to make it clear that the review goes to the place, not the show. The show was excellent.
About the place...it is next to the U3 station so you can get there very easily. You get off at Saint Pauli station and walk for only 200 m. Unfortunately, the rows of seats are quite low, so if you do not have a first row seat you cannot sit conveniently and watch the show.
Actually, my neck hurt because I had to keep my head up to see the stage...
The staff is helpful and pleasant on the whole but some of them can be quite impolite. I was standing outside the stage door to meet my favourite actor and it started snowing. I went under a shed next to the door to avoid the cold and the snow and there was this "gentleman" who came from inside and asked me to go away because the shed was for staff only! I explained that there was no one else there (!) and it was snowing but he insisted that come rain or shine I had to wait in the snow... Then he took his bicycle and left!
I found this rude and embarrassing. In my country, you do not ask a lady to wait in the rain or snow for absolutely no reason...

Just like in any other Zara store, you have to wait in a looooong queue every time you want to pay. There were only two cashiers open in each floor, so the queues got longer and longer....And the prices are far from cheap. Zara stores are not what they used to be. There is no value for money and service is of low quality. It is not the assistants fault , they work hard. They are simply not enough to cater for all the customers!

Although the place has a variety of clothes and underwear and the prices look good, the prices over the shelves are sometimes different to those on the label of the garment. So for example it says 9.99 above but 12.99 on the garment. Unfortunately at the counter you pay what is written on the label, 12.99!!
At first I thought it was a one time mistake and I informed the staff who reassured me it was all a mistake. But after a bit of searching I found in other places in the shop the same difference btw prices advertised and prices on the labels.
This is totally illegal. Pay attention because you are actually misled to buy something you are actually overcharged for.I am a tourist here and it made me the worst impression.If I lived here I would have pressed charges but I don't, so I just urge you to be cautious what you actually pay at the counters.
