This place is a gem. One of the last proper butcher shops in Manhattan. Any serious cook should come here. Professional butchers who know their craft, they know every cut of meat and how to prepare it. Unlike almost every other craft butchers out there, this place is very affordable while keeping up the highest quantity. You’re not getting ripped off by bearded hipsters, which is always great. Not sure how long places like this will exist in our city but as long as it does, we should support them.

I went there for a simple matting job. The guy gave me a price ($20). Went back the next day to get it done and the price had gone up by 50%. Same guy. This store will rip you off at any opportunity. Not a serious business. Crooks.
