Indeed an excellent museum to visit. It gives a comprehensive trajectory to Seattle’s history and development, from the native people, railroad building, Great Depression, two World Wars, and the most technical booming, I earned a thorough picture of how Seattle comes into the shape it has today from a land only having
forest and water.
House cold brew is fine, but there are way too much ice in the cup, still it tastes good.
The almond croissant is almost garbage, tasting stale as if it has been there for a week. The fluffy and soft taste is never there.
Cozy seating with spacious seat arrangement.
I only learned how a lock works from physics class but visiting here gives me the first experience of seeing a lock in person.
The whole session was pretty quick and efficient. There are multiple boats and yacht going through here to arrive at Lake Washington, so you always get the chance to see the whole process.
All boats go through the small lock, while the large lock is reserved for ships I suppose.
There are informative explanations displayed at the entrances, so you know what this place is about.

A nice park located at the east of downtown Seattle. I was wandering after lunch and encountered this place as a happy surprise. There are quite a lot cars parking there and I can see families hang out and enjoying the nature. Throwing frisbee, sunbathing, sleeping on a hammock, playing with water in the pond, and all other sorts of activities are going on. There is even a conservatory you can visit.
A nice and small bakery. Pistachio croissant is good. The green color makes me feel suspicious, but the first bite relieves my concern. On the other hand, Caffe Americano is garbage, like being diluted by too much water
