Ok - you can get a nice spot near the window to people watch but otherwise the coffee was decent. Oh its on the 6th floor.

gets crowded v quickly especially during lunch time. If you can, try to come earlier to skip the queue. Not pleasant especially in cold blazing winds. Otherwise black chicken ginger soup 31K won is quite nice - I think it's enough for one person. Chicken needs a bit of work to eat though so patience is required.

The neighborhood is pretty secluded so you probably have to drive if you are staying here. Reception of this condo is kind of weird as you can't really stop (the entrance is a looping semi circle) and for you to go to the car park, you have to drive down 3-4 floors down to reach the underground. The hassle with this condo is the lift. I like that it is very protected, but for guests to enter the units, you basically have to take the lift up without tapping a card or pressing the lift floor, and trust that the owner has indicated (by some system) to get the lift to bring you up. For me, it's just weird and not assuring to be stuck in the lift while you wait for it to stop.

Update: it's a bit frustrating that the opening/closing time for the store keeps changing. It's not good for travellers who need to plan their schedule. I was here on 26 March after seeing it was supposed to be open the night before.

Nice quiet place. The signature siphoned coffee is nice - just the right cup size. And order the french toast. One of the best. Take note it is only served before 11am.
