My description by all means is not an indicator of this being a bad place. This was a typical bar in a NYC neighborhood.

However, I was disappointed by them not having the following: Blue Moon, Heineken, Brooklyn, or Stella. I had to settle for a Corona.

But I still managed to have fun with my friends, in the end, that's all that mattered.

Great hospitality. It was a lovely event and a wonderful panel discussion. Sidebar. Great views of the Chrysler Building.

A nice city park. Clean.

It's one of my favorite buildings in New York City. Aka, the Jenga Building. An incredible architectural form. Splendid lines and elevations.

Excellent food. I had the salmon burger and it was delicious. The lentil soup was hardy. It was a good way to start my dining experience.

It was a quaint and lovely atmosphere. The host and waiter were wonderful. There weren't any families with children like other Italian restaurants on the strip. So it is lovely for a nice date.

A well-designed decor made it feel open and cozy. A good place to linger after a meal 😋
