This is not a luxury building
Elevators consistently down, non responsive to maintenance issues ( 4 months and counting)
Roache infestation. Seen in units and also in public areas.
Building quality is garbage.
Everything is broken and / or excessively worn and not maintained.
Unit HVAC's are not fully operational.
Excessive noise from the being at the busiest cross streets in the neighborhood.
(Emergency vehicles, police, fire and ambulances all come through)
Noise from the restaurant and night club attached to the building
Trash smell from the restaurant.
And power outage in the building.
