Not bad, for sand courts in the middle of Manhattan! Good VB community. Lots of balls go over the surrounding fence, requiring annoying retrieval.

A go-to in NYC. Consistently good food and drinks.
Offers a certain texture that's just hard to find.
The octopus is one of my favorite dishes, but everything is solid.
