Amazing experience. Truly authentic smokehouse. A unique place in Amsterdam. The place gets crowded so make sure to book beforehand. The burnt ends as a starter are a must, truly melt in your mouth. If you are three or more, order the shared platter, really delicious and great value.

They have the best cheese selection in the neighborhood. From local to imported cheese, you get the best quality and always fresh. Do you also like wine, champagne, or other food delicacies? They also have them! Best eggs you can get in the neighborhood, also. I always leave with a smile and my bag full

The wine is the star of the evening. The sommelier is on top of his game, pairing the meal perfectly. The flavors were good, but sometimes felt too pretentious or too performative. The dining area feels generic. There were two issues while we dine (bathroom and dress code). The dinner was good, it is just that you expect more from a 2 star place.

Come get your gouda cheese from here. Wide selection and they have little trays with bits of cheese for you to try them out. Very nice place, a must visit. The staff is very friendly, too
